Bernard Pierce, specializes in automotive OEM supplier management, multicultural management situations, and plant startups, domestic and foreign. Pierce has 35 years experience in the automotive OEM supplier industry, international experience, including understanding of and ability to deal effectively in other cultures. Pierce has established new plants in the Republic of Singapore , United States and Mexico . Past experiences include; Director of International Operations, Delco Electronics (now Delphi Delco Automotive Systems) and has over 18 years of experience managing Japanese transplants. From 1997 to 2002 he was President, Alpine Electronics Manufacturing, North American Operations with world headquarters in Iwaki , Japan . Lorrie Blanchard Tietze is the founder and manager of Interface Consulting, LLC, a training and consulting firm helping companies build productivity and effectiveness across people, project, and regulatory boundaries.

Lorrie is a strategic, versatile professional who has managed production operations, implemented technology globally, and worked in 20 different countries. She has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nuclear Engineering and is adept at maintaining strong customer relationships, developing international, multi-functional teams, and quickly learns new, fast-paced, challenging environments. Lorrie's background includes 17 years in operations management, engineering, and project management for a global Fortune 30 company. Lorrie also facilitated the update of a client's development work process helping avoid a $50 million loss in sales. She has consulted with Fortune 500 Companies, Mid-Tier Companies, Government Agencies, and Not-For-Profit Organizations. John W. Prentice is President of Prentice Consulting, Inc. where he works with small and middle-market companies in strategy development, project management, continuous improvement (Kaizen and Six Sigma), and mergers & acquisitions.

Formerly he was Executive Director for Hillenbrand Industries, a global Fortune 1000 company headquartered in Batesville , Indiana . In this position he was an internal consultant to the firm's corporate staffs, leading teams in strategic decision-making, operating analyses, and special project implementation domestically, as well as consulting for the company's European operations.

Mr. Prentice also was a member of the Board of Directors and President and Chief Executive Officer of Forethought Federal Savings Bank. As CEO, Mr. Prentice was responsible for managing the growth and performance of the enterprise, growing the business from start-up to an annual growth rate of over 100%.

In a prior position as Senior Vice President of Forethought Financial Services, Inc., he was responsible for marketing insurance to a large market segment throughout the United States . In this capacity, he exercised executive leadership of a sales force of 67 sales representatives and their managers. In addition, for nearly 10 years Mr. Prentice supervised market research efforts.

Mr. Prentice was a member of the original team of four executives who formed Forecorp (now Forethought Financial Services, Inc.), Forethought Life Insurance Company, and The Forethought Group, and he was instrumental in the creation and implementation of its products and services. He received an Echo Leader Award for his marketing success from the Direct Marketing Association and was awarded a United States patent for his design of an all-new and creative marketing tool. He was an essential part of the executive management team that guided Forethought Life Insurance Company along its unprecedented growth path, growing from start-up to $600 million in annual sales.

Mr. Prentice's career includes over thirty years of experience in P&L management, strategy, planning, start-ups, marketing, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Forethought Financial Services, Mr. Prentice was Vice President of Business Planning for Batesville Casket Company. He also held management positions in corporate strategy and product planning with Ford Motor Company in Dearborn , Michigan . He holds an engineering degree from Purdue University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University . He has been an adjunct MBA faculty member at Xavier University and serves on the Board of Directors of one of the nation's top-100 rated hospitals.

Bud's corporate background includes financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, and information technology. He has successfully coached executives and senior managers from small businesses to large corporations.

Bud has worked in a wide variety of corporate environments including a 3-year assignment in Singapore with PepsiCo International , an officer position at MasterCard International and Conseco , and a director at Boise Cascade , Novartis and PHH Group . Dan Enneking is President of Strategic Procurement Partners where he works with Companies in re-engineering their business operations thereby enabling the company to extract significant costs from their business.

Dan developed this methodology working with McKinsey & Company while serving in multiple key assignments while employed by NCR. He uses process management techniques and tools to insure that the learning from his consulting engagements is permanent and repeatable. He has refreshed the learning through the exchange of "Best Practice Experiences" with over 100 Corporations. Dan's methdology simultaneously addresses four dimensions of Process, Organization/Staffing, Systems, and Operational Metrics. Process Gaps, inefficiencies, and low value activities generating high downstream inefficiencies and costs are identified and targeted for elimination. As process improvements are put in place, significant costs are taken out of the business. The work that remains is of high value and efficientlyperformed and actively managed. While at NCR, this approach resulted in elimination of over $180m in expenses.

While serving as Vice President of Global Operations and Chief Procurement Officer for NCR, Dan applied the methodology to the company's Sourcing Process. The result was the identification, development, and deployment of over 50 Best Practices that resulted in over $750m in supply chain cost reductions over four years. Dan has also used this approach to train salespeople on how to position their Company's products and services to win multi-million dollar business when dealing with a customer that has a strong procurement organization.

Dan has over 35 years of business experience. He has served in capacities as the Chief Operating Officer of a $500m Global Business, the Chief Financial Officer of a $2 Billion Dollar business, and has over 18 years of international experience including three as Managing Director of a $500M business based in Tokyo, Japan and five years managing a $250M European-based business. He has been an active member of the University of Dayton's Operations Management Advisory Council and an Executive in Residence at UD where he taught the Graduate Strategic Sourcing course.He has been an active member of the Center for Advanced Purchasing Studies Research (CAPS) in conjunction with the University of Arizona. He contributed to numerous articles published by the Institute of Supply Line Management as well as Purchasing Magazine. He holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana University.
